Wellness Days - Instructions
We inform all participants of Wellness Days that:
- The bus (for those who have booked) on Saturday 09.09.2017 will depart at 17:30 from Messene Square (opposite the Pharmacy of Mrs. Stavropoulou) to Ancient Messini. The return will take place after the completion of the program, approximately at 23:00.
- You will receive your invitation at the entrance of the Archaeological Site
- For your convenience, have a mattress and water with you.
- The archaeological site prohibits smoking and eating.
- The program that follows will appear here
- On Sunday, the action will begin at 09.00 at Bouka Beach, in front of the Buca Buca Mare. As the exercises will take place in the sea you should have a bathing suit with you.
